Installation instructions for the Heat Shield Super Spreader

Please Ensure All Items Are Disconnected Before Installation

Heat shields are installed by sliding the circular bracket over the ceramic lampholder.

Installation over the lightholders supplied with the products as new is simple, as the heat shield will easily slide over the ceramic.

Installation over conical/flared lightholders is often more difficult due to their shape. They will still fit.

To install on these ceramics, you will need to remove one of the screws at the base of the heat shields circular bracket and slide the heat shield over from the rear.

All screws need to be replaced securely after heat shield is fitted.
