Q. How much is delivery? A. For mainland UK we charge a flat rate of £7.50 for items up to 20kgs. For heavier or very large items we will contact you first to agree shipping charges. Q.Do you have store I can visit? A. Yes. Our stores page has our address details and a location map. Q. How do I place an order? A. Browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You do not need to register to place an order at this site. Q. Which type of payments do you take? A. We accept credit card payment from the main card companies including:Mastercard, Visa, Solo, JCB, Delta, Switch, & Electron. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Q. Can I collect from a store? A. You are welcome to collect items ordered at this site from one of our stores. Please call first to confirm the item is in stock.
