The concept of a pocket pH meter was first introduced in 1986 by Hanna Instruments. The HI-98107 is the latest in this family of pocket size electronic meters for testing pH. A large LCD display is incorporated giving clear and precise readout of pH values measured.

2 point calibration using buffer solutions can be easily carried out at any time to maximise accuracy and for peace of mind. Designed to be used away from the laboratory, the electrode is protected within the case moulding and battery life is a useful 700 hours continuous use.

The Dist4 pocket conductivity meter features a protected LCD display for easy viewing, with sliding On/Off switch located on the top of the meter.

All readings are automatically temperature compensated and the temperature sensor is positioned directly alongside the conductivity sensor to match the sensors' thermal characteristics.

The NEW HI 98129 and HI 98130 COMBO waterproof testers offer high accuracy pH, EC/TDS and temperature measurements all in a single tester! No more switching between meters for your routine measurements.

The waterproof COMBO (it even floats) has a large easy-to-read dual-level LCD and automatic shut off. pH and EC/TDS readings are automatically compensated for the effects of temperature (ATC).

This technologically advanced tester has a replaceable pH electrode cartridge with an extendable cloth junction as well as an EC/TDS graphite electrode that resists contamination by salts and other substances. This gives these meters a greatly extended life and your tester no longer needs to be thrown away when the pH sensor is exhausted.

Hanna storage solutions are prepared with high grade Potassium Chloride and Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate by titration with NIST 2201 standardized Silver Nitrate and NIST 84j standardized Sodium Hydroxide Solution, respectively.

The HI981408 pH Gro'Chek has been specifically designed to address the needs of the operators in the hydroponics, greenhouses and nurseries. The meter has all the characteristics necessary to check the pH of the fertilizer mix during its preparation. HI981408 is sturdy and waterproof. It also floats so that it can be quickly retrieved if accidentally dropped in the tank.

The HI 1219 rugged pH electrode supplied with the meter is constructed using the latest double junction technology and a Hanna exclusive replenishable fiber junction. In addition, the HI 1219 probe measures 25 cm (10”) and can be even used to mix the fertilizer solution! Should the need arise to change the electrode, simply detach and replace it without having to take it to a specialist.

We have also thought of a rubber sleeve to protect the connector against humidity and spills. To resolve the problem of batteries going down and requiring frequent replacement, our R&D team has produced a meter that will run for 2000 hours continuously on the common AA-type batteries that come with it.

This translates itself into more than 2 years of continuous service if the meter is used for up to 2 hours a day, every day of the week! Calibration too has been simplified to one-point through a dial right on the front of the meter. The outer casing also incorporates a molded eye so that the meter can be hung when not in use.

HI 981405N are ideal for agricultural, horticultural and hydroponics applications where pH and TDS or pH and EC levels need to be continuously monitored for optimal plantgrowth. HI 981404N and HI 981405N continuously monitor and display the pH and TDS or pH and EC values of a solution on an easy to read set of dual LCD's. The HI 1286 gel filled pH electrode is replaceable and the BNC connector is protected behind a waterproof sheath. The unique design of the electrode guarantees greater clogging resistance in fertilizer solutions with high concentrations of phosphate, nitrate, etc. TDS measurements are performed using the 4-4-2 conversion factor of 0.7 so you do not need to convert the readings. Both models are equipped with a grounding bar to ensure more accurate pH measurements and longer electrode life. The HI 981404N and HI 981405N are compact and easy to install and use. This makes them ideal for all continuous monitoring applications.

HI 981405N is supplied complete with HI 1286 pH electrode, HI 7632 EC probe, HI 1283 grounding bar, pH and EC calibration solutions (20 mL each), screwdriver, 12 Vdc adapter and instructions. for Agriculture

HI 9813-0 is supplied complete with pH/EC/TDS probe HI 1285-0, 1 m cable, pH 7 calibration solution (1 x 20 mL), 1.41 mS/cm and 1500 ppm (1 each) calibration solution, cleaning solution (2 pcs.), blue protective case, battery and instructions. HI 9813-5 is supplied complete with pH/EC/TDS/T HI 1285-5 1 m cable, pH 7 calibration solution (1 x 20 mL), 1.41 mS/cm and 1500 ppm (1 each) calibration solution, cleaning solution (2 pcs.), blue protective case, battery and instructions.

HI 9813-0 allows you to measure pH, EC (conductivity) and TDS with just one instrument! The meter has a pH measurement range that covers the full spectrum. The EC range goes to 4.00 mS/cm. In the TDS range, both instruments use a conversion factor from 0.56 to 0.72 for fertilizer readings, to ensure your measurements fully conform to industry standards. HI 9813-0 and HI 9813-5 measure TDS in the 0 to 1999 ppm range. The specially engineered HI 1285-0 probe is interchangeable and the pH electrode utilizes a fiber junction and gel electrolyte which are particularly suitable when used in fertilizer solutions. HI 9813-5 also performs temperature measurements, with the special probe HI 1285-5.
