Both propagation blocks and multi blocks are suitable for seed and cutting propagation. The SBS (single block system) is the most popular propagation block and compatible with all the cubes listed above. It combines efficiency in terms of both crop growth and plant handling.
SBS blocks are supplied in a specially manufactured black tray which excludes light from the root zone. The mini blocks (MM's) come in two sizes and are wrapped in plastic on all four sides. The wrapping prevents evaporation and reduces the risk of root zone cooling.

Ideal for those who grow using drip irrigation. The master slab is the premier growing slab. With it's unique twin-layered fibre structure comprises a denser top layer and a more porous lower layer. This gives the hobby grower the ability to control plant growth ensuring that the roots are maintained in the optimum condition throughout the season.
The expert slab is the most popular slab with hobby growers. Most of the fibres are aligned in a vertical direction that helps to promote the rapid initiation of vegetative growing at the beginning of cultivation.
Ideal for those who like to grow in a pot passively or in one of our active systems for better results. They are a loose substrate made of stonewool, not only are they lightweight but they also provide large air spaces since there is always open spaces amongst the cubes.
They can also be combined with clay pebbles to give a tailor made compost combining the best water/drainage characteristics of each product.
